With a vertical integrated business model, SBA is an highly efficient foundry with its very own, newly formed ad-hoc R & D committee. The singular purpose of the R & D committee is to perform regular methoding trials to ensure continual improvement of the end product.

Specialists in Sand, gravity die & centrifugal casting of copper alloys conforming to standards like BS1400, ASTM B584 & DIN 1705.SBA's casting repertoire includes most material grades from the non-ferrous umbrella like Nickel Aluminium Bronze , Manganese Bronze, Phosphor Bronze, Leaded Bronze & Gunmetal. Castings can be supplied in Aluminium & GOST specifications as well.

Capacity

SBA has the capacity to produce 45-60 Tonnes of castings with the prowess to cast a single 2 Tonne casting!
Expansion plans are underway to double our production capacity in the year 2019-20 by commissioning multiple induction & oil fire furnacesencapsulated within a single high-functioning facility.

A pattern maker workshop with close to 1700 square foot allocated exclusively for pattern storage; sand storage bin, multiple mullers,an exclusive & independently located silica sand & green sand workshops;

With 3 oil fire furnaces, 1 Induction furnace & multiple centrifugal casting stations, SBA's production capacity peaks at a whopping 4 Tonnes per heat.

SBA is a specialized outfitter for naval vessels with pump & pump assembly parts and a varied range of valves & ancillary parts in ready to assemble condition!

Pump Line

Rotory pump casings with varying levels of design complexity from inline pumps to split pumps.
Ability to produce castings ranging from 25 kgs in weight to 1 Tonne (as cast)-- single piece
Impellers with vane thickness as low as 3 mm can be successfully casted! (proven)
Any type of centrifugal impellers can be manufactured at SBA-- Models ranging from open impellers, semi closed impellers, enclosed impellers, priming impellers, axial flow impellers, non-clogging impellers & mixed flow impellers
Impellers for single stage & multistage pumps can be casted, fully machined & quality tested to ensure zero defects.

SBA's pump assembly parts portfolio includes components like stator housings, bearing covers, casing covers, bearing housings, mechanical seal housings, glands, end plates, wear rings, interstage rings & O-rings to name a few.

Valve Line

Valve bodies for SDNR straight, SDNR angle, knife edge, pressure relief, pressure reducing, ball, gate, globe & butterfly types can be manufactured as per design requirement.
Custom sizes can also be manufactured as per customer request.
Ancillary parts like discs (upto 1800mm), yoke sleeves (2" to 24"), flanges, stems, stem nuts, seats, seat holders, bridge, bottles, covers etc. can be manufactured & fully machined so as to facilitate effective valve assembly at site.
Basket strainers, Y-strainers & Duplex strainers can be manufactured in sizes ranging from 15 NB to 1000 NB. Everything from fasteners to filters can be supplied as per requirement.
